      When creating a new user and assigning the role, I get the following error message:: {“timestamp”:“2021-06-03T20:16:22.817+0000”,“status”:500,“error”:“Internal Server Error”,“message”:“user should exist”,“path”:"/opc/admin/userrole/updateXedit"}

        Hi,

        Try to hard restart OPC by using opc command. After restarting OPC the problem should have resolved? Could you please confirm the result?

        We’ve created an issue to solve the problem permanently.

          Hi Carlos,

          We need extra information for your issue.

          1. Did you integrate LDAP users to WL-OPC or did you tried to creating local user?
          2. Can you send us “WL-OPC > Administration > Security” page’s screenshot when you are getting this error?
          3. Can you send $WL-OPC_HOME/bin/WLOPC/logs/wl-opc.out and wl-opc.log with the zip file please?

          Regards.
