      Hello,
      After installing and restarting all servers and the admin server when clicking on the Smart Dashboard Console link on the left hand side it just opens a new tab with the weblogic login page. If I log in there it just takes me to the weblogic home page and repeats if I click the link again.

      Please help!

        I have installed this on two other servers (QA and UAT as POC) without issues but this one is the production server and would love to have this working

          Hi,

          This is a known issue and it is happening in Chrome browser.

          Please follow below steps;

          1. Close all your chrome tabs and windows
          2. Clear cookies or try in incognito tab
          3. Try again

          Above step-1 is mandatory. Somehow, chrome is confusing URL’s.

          Please let me know the result!

              Make sure your chorme processes are ended up by checking in “task manager” windows and “details” tab. however, it must work! 😒

                Yep, checked those 😞

                I may have accidently tried to launch the dashboard tool before all of the servers were brought back up. Would this cause an issue?

                  @cody-west It might be. May be you are having multiple domain in the same IP. If that is the case try to change WebLogic Admin Console cookie and bounce the environment. This would fix the issue completely. Here is the Oracle MOS document.

                    Unfortunately I do not have access to Oracle support and we do not use SAML based SSO if that matters.

                      I had to look at the specific site settings for that site and delete the cookie manually. 😐
