SOLVED Email Alerts Not Working with Microsoft Teams "@teams.ms" Addresses
-
Hi,
We have teams over here and that is a dedicated email address which Microsoft Teams gives you.
You get some crazy number followed by @ teams.ms
Now when I set up the alerts to go to the @teams.ms one no emails came out.
If I use [email protected] it works
Do you know if anything is checked in your software for .com or the ms one should work.

Hi,
We are unable to see “@teams.ms” additions. Please indicate the error more clearly and provide us WLSDM logs if any error exists.
Normally, you can add whatever email address to “mail.alarm.recepient.to” property. Please take below screen capture as reference.
Kind Regards…

Yes you will have to use your own teams email, i.e if you use Teams then click on teams and get the email address.
It ends in [email protected] - Invalid hiding the digits, as I can’t let you spam this inbox.
Thanks

Yes I did, but it stopped sending any emails out to myself when I added the ms one.
This is why I ask does your software check for only emails ending in .com ?
-
Hi,
No, there is limitation on this. Please share the complete WLSDM logs to investigate further.

Thanks I will check with our guys here on the email.
